I shot a doe on 11/9/06 (yesterday) also, I am trying to reduce the doe population on our farm. I have shot 4 deer this year with my new bow, 3 does and an 8 pointer. This doe was coming along a field edge that I was set up on. She gave me an 18 yard quartering away shot and I double lunged her. She only went 50 yards and went down.
