Draw odds question

On the last page of the draw info is the number off applicants include if they made 6 choices? In other words for DX001 where there 1549 actual applicants? or could there have been 260 who made 6 choices for that hunt?

I read elsewhere that the umber is how many choices - thus there were less applicants then it stated.
