Western MD Turkey Hunting Insight

Anyone know if turkey hunting will be allowed in Greene Ridge State Forest next month? Also, will they allowing primitive camping? Thanks for any insight as I am having a heck of a time getting a live person to discuss so I can (hopefully) plan a 3 day trip in late April. If anyone has any experience in those woods or thoughts on where I should camp/hunt it would be much appreciated. Thanks
