Mescalero cow elk?

After years of not drawing an elk tag, I am looking at some options. If anyone has any experience good or bad with dealing with the Mescalero Apache tribe for their cow elk hunts please share, PM if you prefer. This would be for next year. Some fine print they don't make clear, or spring on you at the last minute, or get their money and service goes out the window? Thanks.

I'd go the route of a landowner voucher instead.
