New to Wyoming and New to Bowhunting

Hello all, I am currently finishing school in CO before moving to WY for a job. I will be living in Torrington and am hoping to meet a few people in the area. I am just beginning to get into bow hunting, I have hunted rifle for elk, deer, and antelope in the past an am hoping to broaden my horizons with bow hunting. Plus practicing is a great enjoyable recreation activity for me.
Any advice on getting started and really anything including and beyond bow hunting worth knowing is welcome! Fingers crossed to make a new friend or two.

Hi Gavin, I'm up in Cody, but there are some great guys near you. I'd encourage you to join the Cheyenne Field Archers and Bowhunters of Wyoming. Fantastic people and organizations.

BTM, thank you for the recommendation, I have looked at BOW and will definitely try to get involved post move.
Ron, Thank you for your recommendations. I reached out to the Cheyenne Field Archers and as above will be looking closer at BOW after I complete my move.

Where are you located at in CO now? Check out the Bullseye shop in Cheyenne if around Ft Collins area. Still shooting leagues on Monday night for next 6 weeks, and field archers have 3D league nights Tuesday/Thursday. Good places to meet people and learn more!
