gator hunt?

I will be in the Orlando / Apopka area later in August on a short notice business trip. One of my bucket lists hunts is a gator so this would be a good opportunity. Can any of you recommend a good outfitter? I have no problem driving a couple hours from here if need be.

My preference would be to use my recurve bow but I am not sure the gear I use for carp would be appropriate so any advice would be appreciated.
