My sister lives in Lakeland, and I never go visit, but the wifes bugging me to go down. Now, if I could pig hunt while there, that might make this easier. Anyone know any place near Lakeland that I can go to? Thanks.
Spinedoc, Where do you live and what kind of hunt do you have to trade? I have a 13,000 acre hunting lease abount 20 minutes from Lakeland, tons of hogs, (bring lots of arrows, you can shoot as many as you want) if you come during spring gobbler you can shoot an Osceola... Let me know what you have to trade.

Unfortunately, I ain't got much. I live in NE PA and we used to have whitetails, but sightings have been sparse the last few years. Only saw about 10 deer in 3 months of hunting.

MMERIT I recently moved to Saint Cloud and have struggled trying to find a place to hunt. I am an Award Winning Taxidermist and Addicted bowhunter. I would be willing to trade taxidermy work or offer some other hunting oportunities. I hunt South Texas every year along with several other states. I have a 14 year old son who also loves to hunt he has taken over 25 big game animals with a bow! We would like the oportunity to hunt hogs and possible turkeys! Close to home. I haven't heard from MMerritt yet, not sure if he's interested, but does anyone know of any other places in the Lakeland area that I might be able to hunt? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

I believe Nickie Roth has hunts in Winter Haven which is real close to where you will be. I don't know how good or bad the hunts are but I know he advertises on the Traditional Bowhunters of Florida's website.
