She is a gem. Southwest. No surprise.
The last flight I took was United. The steward went on a "super" diatribe about how crappy United was and how all the passengers should go to the website and complain... Really unprofessional and the whole plane was uncomfortable for it.

Even I would have paid attention and I used to fly so much I could repeat the instructions on several different air lines. My brother used to fly a lot and he said he was on one flight about 20 years ago and the stewardess just cracked up the passengers.

The wife and I flew Southwest to Spokane the summer before last and we had a male attendant that had a pretty funny routine of his own.
