As one comment pointed out Hannity is asking a president who already has done too many extraconstitutional things to do something. Not sure that is in our best interests.

I think he is 100% correct that obama has not done the job of president. He than has fallen into the trap of "why hasn't the government done anything to solve this."
That is one of the problems with the health care debate. The leftists have made it about "Is the government doing enough to get health care for everybody?"
I think the debate should be "How do we get the government 100% out of the health care business?"
