Any more questions?
Here's a photo of me with a 5 lb. rainbow I caught in the Middle Fork of the Feather River in northern California. Hopefully, it'll make me "real."

.......this would esplain your stance on God?
-That sort of holds with your theological outlook. :)
You are barely treading water with this one
Oh crap this is Bow site. OPPS.. Sorry about the gun
All... to a single person I know of... were contributing members on the BG forum before they waded into the CF deep end....
Clumsy water skier I could find no posts prior to the CF, then a couple shortly after on the BG and state forum (likely when called out) 99% on the CF. His manner and style was not someone here to debate ideas. He never conceded anything, even when getting his azz handed to him by folks with far greater subject knowledge than him. He would deflect at that point, change the topic. Same as when caught in a lie. He was not here to do anything but try to sway however many he could "his way".
We were his assignment. He had no other purpose for being here. Once again the elitist liberal assumed he was the smartest one in the room....
I shot him at 35 yards while stillhunting. He had his nose on a doe's butt when I saw him so it really wasn't all that difficult...guys...we are SOOO predictable!
Actually the doe I shot in her bed while stillhunting that same ridge a few years later was a much harder/challenging hunt, but the hero pics aren't as impressive. But that's OK...the hunt "trophy" is in your head anyway.
What did the top buck score?
I tell you what, that ghillie suit changed my hunting life! They work so well they ought to be illegal! They aren't magic or perfect, but when you combine them with basic ground hunting skills they are an awesome tool. I haven't hunted from a tree now in 10 years. I didn't plan it that way, but when I started with the ghillie on the ground that's just how it evolved.
BTW....I was wearing the ghillie (with a blaze orange bandana tied in the hood and a blaze orange vest) when I shot that big one.
That's awesome man. Never tried the suit yet but maybe I should.
no, no, not THAT wind....
Here ya go JTV....
Oh, here I am, the ugly one....
I don't exist though and it was make believe and I trolled the net for vids and pics of the same buck from various different angles. Was very fortunate to find a twin severed head to boot. Do a search and see.
LMAO
Yeah, I've skinned a few rattlers back when I lived in Wyoming. Not for a bow but to eat...they taste like chicken!
I actually skinned a lot of stuff back then. I started trapping when I was 12 and trapped through high school and then while I attended to the University Of Wyoming....LOOONG time ago!
Looks like it was long ago to me too. LMAO. Just busting your chops my friend.
Is that a Hoyt?
AZ....that is a BEAUTIFUL Coues!!! I don't know too much about Coues deer, but that rack looks HUGE for a Coues.
Here's a bull I shot with my Hoyt.
You got it! Someone would have to be a real idiot to think they could BS this crowd here with fake HUNTING lies.
We don't know everything but we DO know hunting...and firearms.
Speaking of which...the progressive liar never did mention anything to my knowledge about gun laws/rights/2A.
Maybe that was coming. Boy, if he didn't get his a** handed to him before he sure as hell would have then!
I have been here a long time. Long enough to have been here when another poser called Stormrider was posting. Unlike doc he at least knew something about hunting and was funny.

Wife says you are a handsome man, but shave that beard, man! ( nice buck and photo )
Here is my photo. My garage shelves may be messy, but I can still park two cars in it.
High Fence Chukar hunt in Surry County, year was 1999
Top Photo: S-Man, my Dad, and my Brother-in-Law.
That was Gringo, S-Mans Deutch Drahthaar. I think Gringo had passed away prior to you meeting S-Man.
Middle photo: Me, Dad, and BIL, with Gringo.
Bottom photo: Me and Dad. Daddy passed away in 2004. I miss him. He and Mom always thought very highly of S-Man. Three years ago, my Mom found Dads Case Pocket knife that he always carried, and instructed me to give it to S-Man.
I was hunting with my Stevens .410, Dad had my Rem 1100.
Wow, I had forgotten how young and thin S-Man and I were back then.
LOL !
S-Man and BIL were still active duty Army Colonels at the time. I had been retired from the Marines 3 years by then.
I no longer need any stuffing for the Santa suit !!!
I'm glad you had those sorts of memories with your dad. As time passes, experiences like that are more valuable than gold.
If you hadn't identified that last photo as Surry, I would have thought it was a certain property resting on the banks of the Chick we know...
If all this drilling work does not give me a coronary, I hope to see you, Mark and the S-man at DHC soon. Thanks for the photos.
Hey, Owl, I sure would like to see the photos again of you and your Brown Bear.
This has turned into a pretty good thread so far -
- with the sole exception of Mike's beard . . . . .
;^)
( just kidding ya, Mike Finney )
I didn't even give it a second thought because the S-man's dogs are so good, I just figured it was another trick in their multi-purpose bag.
Ironically, I just got my rug back from KY. If it wasn't for my buddy Pat Bischoff, it would have never been completed. Loooong story. I'll see what I can post from my home computer this weekend.

Anyway, I don't have to prove myself as long as I have top shelf fellows like Tony Oliver to vouch for me.
(I have a feeling I'm going to be sorry I asked!)
This is a customer and friend of mine on a hog hunt in way south Texas a few years ago. The fat boy in the grey shirt on the left is me.
In color, not length.
:-)
And she's got the temper to go with that color too. LOL!!!
:-)
I think that some beach favors ME !!!!!
OMG !!!
It might have something to do with how you phrased your "request".
Let's find out who the other phonies are. Post a pic of yourself with a bow kill, or you don't exist.
I'll go out on a limb and wager that's not your standard greeting for people you're introduced to.
Try again.
I'm real, and the real people here know I am real. I've met several here, hunted with a few, and like every one of them.
Steelhead and salmon fishing though is a different story so I've always had someone around to take those pictures.
What a stupid request! Also why? Who cares what a guy looks like and we already know who is on the other end with all these regulars. We have all been here on the CF together for years for Gods sake and you have NOT! We don't post fake pics and fake hunts and make obvious BS claims that would require this kind of thread like our last banned troll!
The only reason for this thread is you're sore over the fact that your pal the lying troll who 100% brought everything on himself was beat up like a red headed step child, banned and challenged on his fake post and plagiarizing pics and very demented live mobile hunt that never happened!
Anyone who can write as well as Mike and has been around here this long is real and no pic of his face is ever required. In fact it is disrespectful to ask for it IMO and i know many people that will not post pics of themselves on the net or FB or any site due to various personal concerns that can arise with being on the net. Guys like Dockeating come to mind. Very sick person with potential to disrupt. Wouldn't put it past a guy like that and take it from someone who has had their identity stolen and also had harassment aimed toward my child by way of the net and pics etc that it is an awful thing and hard to fix. Some just want to disrupt those they disagree with and others can take it far enough to impact past words on a screen. It is the sick world we live in.
No one here made the insane and obvious false claims that Dockeating made but you jump up wanting proof we are all real! Get a grip!
So far I have only seen one fake and he just got poofed!
However, I have had the life privledge of being on the original board of directors of Benefits 4 Kids, which has deep roots from the members (past and present)of this community forum.
So many of the people of the CF have been part of this organization in many ways. This is what is real: the heart of the people who helped Steve Pray (aka Mutt)take a life's tragedy and do so much good.
Trolls who pop up to create discord and havoc demonstrate how small their hearts are. OTOH, the CF has always been a community doing good just for the sake of doing.
jack
PS The little boy in the link is my son, Smith--who, by the way, served as kid advisor to that original board of directors.
MF started this tread off on the wrong foot, was corrected by several, and changed his tune.
I agree that I, too, differ in opinion with him, and others on many topics.
However, I do not belive this particular thread was meant to be political or anti-Christian.
There is room on Bowsite Community Forum, for MF, Bluedog, and many others who genuinally disagree with the norm for the CF.
Having said all the above, I leave you with a quote from Benjamin Franklin, in 'An Apology for Printers' published in the Phidelphia Gazette on May 27th, 1731:
"That the opinions of men are almost as various as their faces; an observation general enough to become a common proverb, So many men so many minds;"
Woods that cartoon, had me truly laughing out loud.

BS! 1 thing no pole will ever convince me of is the claim that 78% are for abortion to be legal
Not anywhere near that many!
Where did matt say his goal was to destroy religion? i would love to see that so I know who and/or what kind of man I am talking to.
You call this choice? That's like calling Fat Man and Little Boy firecrackers.
You want real? This pic, as repulsive as it is, is real.
Call it what it is Matt, the butchery of a human infant in the womb. At least be honest about it. You can have your opinion, but DO NOT LIE ABOUT WHAT IT REALLY IS if you want to be taken seriously.
Thanks for that man. Now I know what i am dealing with on that topic.
Aren't you glad your mother didn't believe in abortion?
Do you think she "hates America, and should pack her chit and leave"?
100% agree.
Just after my last post, MF turned this thread political, starting the abortion argument.
Like others have said, this thread was good while it lasted.
I still want to hear opposing opinions, and still believe there is room for most on the CF.

This thread, started by a newby of questionable origins, requires longstanding Bowsite members to somehow prove their legitimacy by posting a photo of themselves.
How does a photo prove anything? I find it incredible that anyone would respond to a demand to prove they are real.
And why honor the demands of a guy who has very recently clearly demonstrated his willingness to overlook the obvious reality of a fraudulent, lying troll. Who in fact, went to great lengths to support and enable the fraud.
But that said, wouldn't it be nice (no matter who originally asked) to have an understanding of who among bowsite posters are actually bow hunters? I just remember how some people came here to fight/debate but were not actual bow hunters themselves (remembering back to the old bigfoot arguments)
Not sure if its even a requirement, but would like to think the common bond of bow hunting is shared among us, no matter how ugly things get arguing politics and religion....
Unusual rack on your buck. Care to guess the reason?
Tony
And for Bowsniper, friend of mine called this guy into 5 steps away. Not real big rack wise, but had a monster body on him.
MF demands we all post photos to prove we're 'real' and not phony.
Yet who was it who took a shot at all of us with his post implying how horrible it was we'd dared question Fauxdoc's credentials?
We all spotted Fauxdoc as a fraud from the first day he posted and MF always jumped to Fauxdoc's defense, no matter what.
But now we're supposed to prove our legitimacy to MF?
Really?
You simply cannot make this stuff up!
Had to re-register since its been so long...
That's exactly what I'm saying.
I can attest that you are real.
jack
LMAO.
I love bow hunting and am proud to display that passion in a photo of bow hunting success. No one is "making" me post a photo any more than they are "making" me hunt. I bow hunt, I love it, I take pictures along the way, and I am more than happy to share them among fellow bow hunters who I hope enjoy the pursuit as much as I do. A fish photo just doesn't make that same kind of connection for me.
Another reason FOR posting a bow hunting photo? For one - when you pony up with a personal photo of yourself, you give up a little anonymity. And I think much of the internet ugliness comes from the anonymous nature of the thing. If forums were more personal, perhaps they would also be more civil.
Maybe I am missing the real concern. Is this more about fearing the government or each other? Does this have to do with the NSA data mining thing? Am I being too naïve in my willingness to share personal bow pictures among bow hunters on a bow site?
Nope, just the opposite. I'm UNREAL...least that's what my wife says as she rolls her eyes and slowly shakes her head. :^)
Your point is understandable.
My refusal to post a photo has nothing to do with fear of anything. It has everything to do with the idea of being required to post a photo to prove I am a real person. As if that would prove my existence anyway.
And admittedly, I would be more inclined to respond to a thread initiated by one of the regulars here, like you for instance, than a newby who so recently stood staunchly with an obvious lying troll (doc) whose sole purpose here was to cause trouble thru his lies and deceit. If that is discrimination by association, so be it.
Again, I see your viewpoint and respect it. I hope the love of bowhunting continues to be the driving force here. :-)
It was cold in Illinois!
I have ran into hunters all over the country, who vote Democrat, yet are holding a gun that would be banned by those they vote for.
I don't understand that, either.
However, I doubt that we will find very many who share our exact views on everything.
I know what an olive branch looks like. This isn't it. Nothing has changed.
But it is a non-partisan thread to share a single photo of yourself with a bow and a game animal to make a personal connection with others interested in putting a face to a name, and to share that core bond as fellow bow hunters doing what we do best.
The fun/feisty sparring can continue here and elsewhere. :-)
"I thought sleepy would be taller:-)"
Nope I'm 55 yrs old. 5'11 tall. Hammer, I'd never let my hair get that long, or my eyebrows that bushy.
