They start off by saying "This in an important message about your credit card." Then they say there is nothing wrong with my card, but it's important I talk with them anyway.
A couple of times I've actually done so, screaming at them about the fact I'm on every "Do Not Call List" on the planet. I think I may even at some point threatened to 'go postal' on them. Then the next week, they call me again!
