If they wait a little longer they can spring it on her when she starts to campaign. Tie her up in congress when she is wanting to travel the country telling lies about all she has done. It certainly could be that is why she has put off announcing her candidacy. She may think they will drop it if she doesn't run. The media will be behind her no matter what she said or did.
