A new Federal Emergency Management Agency policy requiring states to address climate change before they can become eligible for grant funding is drawing fire from congressional Republicans.
The regulations, part of a FEMA State Mitigation Plan Review Guide issued last month, are not set to take effect until next March. But lawmakers are demanding an explanation for the rules now.
The acquisition of power and control continues.

Man made global climate change is the new communism, plain and simple. It's all about another way to CONTROL the people, no more, no less.
Our clmate has been in a state of change for 450 billion years, and these people have just noticed this NOW????
The primary cause of anything the earth's climate does is the sun, which has been changing for 450 billion years also.
We can no more alter or stop that than we can make a liberal use logic and be honest.
