Or like Wilderness areas in Alaska. We are told that we should love them because they are "open to hunting."
Go ahead and hunt. And then pack a dead moose 20 miles on your back to get it out of the Wilderness Area.
Let's face the facts, Wilderness designation is nothing more than a ploy to limit or prohibit human use.

If you can figure out how to get said horse/mule the many miles from the road to the boundary of the Wilderness Area (and back out...)

See, they're not banning hunting. Just banning access to places to hunt.
