While he is completely correct, he isn't even scratching the surface. This stuff didn't begin with Obamacare. There are literally thousands of federal agencies making rules and regulations for Americans that have no basis or justification in the Constitution. We have gone many, many miles down this road with people having little to say to stop it. Obamacare, and the recent gay marriage ruling are just the latest, and maybe most in your face examples of the federal government using the Constitution to wipe with.
I can't help but think of the "First they came for"... poem by Niemoller. The people that make this country work are in that situation now, and it has taken several decades to get there.

If I were POTUS, Sowell would be a key advisor to me, perhaps even Sec. Treasury. I would also rely heavily on the advice of his good friend, Walter Williams.
Both men would be on my Council of Economic Advisors.
