This comes from a retired police chief from the city next mine. He attended many court sentencings to voice his disgust for low sentences. He came to Holyoke and cleaned up the streets during his tenure there. Ive always read his articles with pleasure. Now this article makes me like the man even more. Even a black man doesnt agree with you Obama!
