If you have never experienced a real hailstorm. In many ways this was mild as I didn't see or hear any glass breaking.

Hail that;s a lot of ice. Don't think I've ever seen it run out of a gutter like that.

Wow, I think we were in that campground many years ago and we also had a storm, no hail but possible tornadoes.

We took our camper to Cherry Stone, in VA, several years in a row and loved it. Last year we went to the Outer Banks instead of Cherry Stone. I was up real early getting ready to go fishing and had the TV on to check the weather. I watched as a tornado crossed the bay and tore up Cherry Stone. It tore up campers, the buildings and killed a young boy that was in a tent. The first responders took a long time getting in there due to trees and wires across the road. Man was I glad we went to the Outer Banks.
