All other charges in the Freddy Gray case were dropped today. Finally, justice was served.

Wonder if freddie gray's mom (the new 6 million dollar woman) is speaking at the Hillary DNC convention.

Hackbow,

I know when I respond to this you will most likely reply like the last time...

I already stated at least 2 weeks ago I thought the remaining charges should be dropped. The judge was absolutely correct that the prosecutor did not prove anything. I believe in innocent until proven guilty for ALL.

I knew this thread was about this before I opened it because I just received a text from a former student who is going to grad school in Denver this August. We had lunch together Monday. His text was "you were right, they dropped the charges as they should have"

Obviously I am not a lawyer, but after hearing what the judge wrote, I am baffled as to why some of the officers were even charged and still confused as to some of the charges and the reasoning behind them. Again, I am no lawyer though.

But, I would hope social justice is a cause for you as well, at least that is part of what Jesus taught us, right? And justice appears to have been served here, again, that being my untrained in legal matters opinion.

It would be very easy for someone who cared about the truth to find out if I have a reputation for being conservative or liberal, as a teacher and as an individual. Dropping accusations without at least checking says a lot about a person's character, rather lack of.

Judge Napolitano and Judge Jeanine both said from the beginning that charges should never have been filed. A prosecutor must have a very good chance of winning before filing charges but in this case they were trying to kiss up to Black Lives matter. The mayor was just as bad as the State's Attorney.

I am very happy that the mayor and state's attorney look like complete fools and the whole world can now see it. The democrats had the mayor on stage last night. It they aren't embarrassed they certainly should be. BTW both are avid Hillary supporters.

A picture's worth a thousand words.

Shuteye: "The democrats had the mayor on stage last night. It they aren't embarrassed they certainly should be".

The Dems are not embarrassed. They don't get embarrassed. If they did, they would not allow Al Franken on their stage, much less the philanderer, impeached liar and totally corrupt Bill Clinton.

Nothing baffling about the climate of hate the very people who are working hard to protect our society and the citizens who live in it. That hatred is being encourage and nourished from the oval office.

"Social justice" is the distribution of wealth, opportunities and privilege in society" aka socialism in a new, pretty dress.

No thank you.

BK is absolutely correct!!! "Social Justice" is a bull crap term used to disguise the real meaning.... Socialism/Communism....

Its a term just like "global warming", when people start figuring out the truth the term will change to something different!

We all make freakin choices in life.... Some choose to work their butt off to support their family and possibly get ahead, while others choose to set on their butt and let the gov't support them.

Do bad things happen, absolutely and those situations need to be dealt with swiftly and correctly, but in no way is that equal "social justice"....

Not yet. Justice will be served when she is in prison.

Wow what a temper tantrum. She is almost foaming at the mouth. Now she needs to be fired, disbarred, and get some jail time. Wonderful.

Now the city can prepare to settle with the officers as well. This turned into a pretty expensive event for the tax payers. This is a lose, lose, lose lose case.

The family lost a kid, the cops lose a chunk of their lives and undergo the stress of being wrongfully accused, the tax payers lose millions, Mosby loses a giant case and reputation, the police lose faith in the city they work for.

28-Jul-16
Hacbow, plain and simple you are a person devoid of integrity. I value human life and live by innocent until proven guilty.

No doubt there was a mostly political component to Mosby's (and her supporters)actions, yet the system worked. The officers will receive financial compensation and Mosby will most likely get what is coming. (I don't know if what she did was criminal as I am not an attorney, but her reputation is trashed.)

Another hopefully positive that will come out of this is that society will not tolerate political prosecutions, and only actual serious misconduct will be what is pursued going forward.

Reputation trashed?? She will be the darling of the DNC, and slotted for the next available Congressional or Senate seat.

I see a bright future for her in the Hillary DOJ... potential SCOTUS material for the new SJ regeime.
