Bush wasn't just criticized..... he was literally blamed for blowing up the levees on purpose to flood out out the black neighborhoods..... some blamed him for the very hurricane if you can believe that.... you see if it weren't for him personally causing gorbal warming there'd be no more hurricanes.....

OH, IT was BUSH'S FAULT, then and now
he had plenty of time to eliminate flooding in that region, instead he did nothing, left it to obama to figure out
with the time lapsed, obama can't implement the engineering that he himself devised
hopefully hillary will be able to navigate these bush-created catastrophes as they arise

Doesn't matter he was two weeks late to arrive; did you see the locals how they fawned over him and his entourage? They love him no matter what he does or doesn't do. He's their messiah.
