Daily, we see different levels of enforcement/prosecution that can easily be separated by political leanings.
Maher and Moore breach La Guardia Airport security. That’s a crime. Where’s the law?
In an misguided effort to grab attention to themselves, Michael Moore and Bill Maher hopped the security fence at LaGuardia airport to take selfies along side Donald Trump’s private jet.
The gag was about finding Trump’s taxes.

The problem is, this is a crime. Specifically, Third Degree Trespass.
A person is guilty of Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree, pursuant to New York Penal Code140.10 when he “knowingly enter or remains in a building or upon real property” and when there are certain additional factors that are met. According to New York law, “A person enters or remains unlawfully in or upon premises when that person has no license or privilege to enter or remain in or upon such premises. To have no license or privilege to enter or remain in or upon such premises. To have no license or privilege to enter or remain means to have no right, permission or authority to do so.”

The terminal was shut down for six hours afterward.
He was sentenced to 100 hours of community service and a $658 fine, but someone who did the same thing under the new law could face up to 18 months in jail and a $10,000 fine, the article reports.
Fearful since 9-11, law enforcement officials claim to have a zero tolerance policy:
The number of arrests made at LaGuardia Airport (LGA) in New York have greatly increased since the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. Since law enforcement officers take a zero tolerance policy on offenses committed in airports, a mistake made by a traveler can result in an arrest at the airport.
Yet these two liberal idiots are somehow able to violate airport security and somehow remain free of repercussions. Imagine hopping the White House fence to troll obama. Imagine hopping the rope around Hillary to troll her. How well would that go?

They should both be arrested based on these pictures and this news story which is on all the major news sources now.
At the very least someone in TSA at LaGuardia should get fired and these two should get arrested and charged with everything possible.

Clinton Aides Told FBI They Didn’t Know About Server, But Emails Show They Knew
Which shows both Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin lied to the FBI.

Several Hillary Clinton State Department aides told the FBI that they were unaware of the former secretary of state’s private email server, a report from the bureau’s investigation shows. But a Daily Caller review of public documents reveals that at least two of the aides, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills, were involved in multiple email exchanges in which Clinton’s server was discussed.
The FBI’s 47-page report, released on Friday, states that the majority of the State Department employees interviewed by the FBI “had no knowledge” of the private email server Clinton kept at her residence in Chappaqua, N.Y.
“Clinton’s immediate aides, to include Mills, Abedin, Jacob Sullivan, and [redacted] told the FBI they were unaware of the existence of the private server until after Clinton’s tenure at State or when it became public knowledge.”
Which means those three and Redacted should also go to prison.

Nancy Pelosi Urges Paul Ryan to Ban Republicans From Using Hacked Documents

The story is thus: Hillary’s emails were broadly under subpoena by Congress. The State Department agreed to provide them.
Hillary had — and this is problematic in itself — a policy of automatically deleting all emails older than 60 days. This was obviously a way to avoid the Official Records Act, which requires the permanent retention of all work related records.
But after the New York Times story about Hillary’s illegal email system broke, an employee at Platte River realized he had not been deleting emails older than 60 days. In other words — gasp! — a lot of emails, much older than 60 days, had built up in Hillary’s account, without being deleted.
That meant that these emails could and, by law, must be turned over to Congress, which is precisely what Hillary didn’t want.
So what happened?
Cheryl Mills sent an email mentioning the subpeona to Platte River.
Then Hillary’s lawyers, David Kendall and Cheryl Mills (who is notHillary’s lawyer, as she’s paid by the government, not Hillary, but whom the FBI permits to masquerade as Hillary’s lawyer) call Platte River about this.
To say what? We don’t know. No one will talk — they all assert either Fifth Amendment privilege and/or attorney client privilege. Note, there should be no discussion; Congress requested these emails, and it doesn’t matter if you meant to get rid of all the evidence against you. The evidence exists, whether that was your order or not, and must be turned over.
This was the “Oh shit” moment mentioned, when Platte River realized they had older emails that were now compelled to be disclosed.

EXCLUSIVE: John Kerry’s State Department Funneled MILLIONS To His Daughter’s Nonprofit
More than $9 million of Department of State money has been funneled through the Peace Corps to a nonprofit foundation started and run by Secretary of State John Kerry’s daughter, documents obtained by The Daily Caller News Foundation show.
The Department of State funded a Peace Corps program created by Dr. Vanessa Kerry and officials from both agencies, records show. The Peace Corps then awarded the money without competition to a nonprofit Kerry created for the program.
Initially, the Peace Corps awarded Kerry’s group — now called Seed Global Health — with a three-year contract worth $2 million of State Department money on Sept. 10, 2012, documents show. Her father was then the chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, which oversees both the Department of State and the Peace Corps.
Seed secured a four-year extension in September 2015, again without competition. This time, the Peace Corps gave the nonprofit $6.4 million provided by the Department of State while John Kerry was secretary of state.
Seed also received almost $1 million from a modification to the first award, as well as from Department of State funds the group secured outside the Peace Corps.
The Peace Corps program — called the Global Health Service Partnership (GHSP) — sends volunteer physicians and nurses to medical and nursing schools in Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda and Liberia, according to Seed’s website. More than 40 clinical educators worked at 13 sites in the 2014-2015 program.
Kerry and government officials colluded to launch the program and ensure that Seed would get the contract.

Wow. This is quite remarkable.
Michael Savage is a very well known radio talk personality. The Savage Nation is a nationally syndicated talk show that is the second most listened-to radio talk show in the country with an audience of over 20 million listeners on 400 stations across the United States.
Earlier today he was discussing his perspectives on the presidential debate and giving examples of current and anticipated debate bias.
In addition, the broadcaster began discussing Hillary Clinton’s mysterious health condition that Savage believes might be Parkinsons.
Almost immediately, and without any notification, New York (tri-state area) radio station WABC-Radio TV cut Savage off the air and replaced him with the lesser rated Curtis And Cooby Show.
Shortly thereafter, as Michael Savage discovered the issue and began discussing what was going on in/around the New York broadcast area, all Savage affiliates nationwide cut off the broadcast and replaced the live transmission with a recording of a previous show.

I knew something had happened, but did not hear what it was.
This brings out something that I have said for quite a while. If citizens ever need to retake their rights from government control, the government will have communication necessary to organize, and the people will not.
Shut off the Internet and even those who think they are self-sufficient will be in a heap of trouble very quickly.
