Or can Obama pardon her for crimes she has not been charged with?

If she doesn't win, there will probably be no need to prosecute here as she will likely die of her own bitterness.

Did anyone ever think that the FBI was doing anything but obfuscating the situation?

Comey was/is smart. One can not be pardoned for a crime as an unendicted...no crime committed. Indicting Clinton during Obummer admin the possibility of a pardon means she gets away with it. With drib-drab of email evidence. Future indictment is still possible. No double jeopardy escape. If Trump wins, he should keep Comey as FBI director to clear his name. If Hitlery wins... Comey will be the AG. Lynch will be Ambassador to the UN. Smart career move, don't you think?

What pisses me off if any of us lied under oathe we would be charged with purgery. Politicians do it all the time and Nothing is done!! She repeatedly lied under oathe and nothing will be done.

I hope Trump has the opportunity to point that out tonight. The democrats have the audacity to say Trump is a big liar. He does exaggerate quite a bit but not big fat lies like Clinton.

From Ace of Spades:

Summary of article WRT immunity for Illary's agents who did the dirty deeds:

"...Let's talk about that immunity deal. Comey wanted documents on her laptop. He could have compelled them by the simple and routine expedient of a subpeona.

Instead, he granted her immunity for any documents he found on her system.

And what was on her system? Classified documents which are illegal for any non-authorized person to have copies of.

Instead of prosecuting her, he made the problem go away by fixing her up with immunity for the very crime she was red-handedly guilty of..."

WW, I think it has been for a while. It's just that the corruption is so blatant now that most folks (not all) can't help but see it.

Representative John Ratcliffe Questions FBI Director James Comey….

An intellectually honest person would have to admit the only reasonable conclusion drawn from the current FBI documentation, combined with the recently disclosed immunity agreements, is they had no intention of charging anyone involved with the Clinton email scandal and subsequent coverup – from the outset.

It you are one of the increasingly rare few who hold the opinion that FBI Director James Comey was attempting to find otherwise, I would strongly urge you to watch this video.

Pay specifically close attention to the segment where Representative Ratcliffe outlines the lies made by Platte River Network’s Paul Combetta and how those lies align with the immunity Combetta was given.

Combetta was given DOJ immunity in December 2015, he lied to the FBI in February of 2016 and yet Comey can’t reconcile why the immunity didn’t immediately dissolve.

Some of you guys are poor historians. Ford pardoned Nixon, when Nixon had not been indicted. It certainly can be done, and I'd expect Obama to do so.

the only evidence you need for the lack of intent to prosecute is Obama's endorsement way before the investigation was over. rigged from the start.
