The psychos in this administration are talking about a covert emp strike against Russia. First of all, why mention it if it's covert. Secondly, the Russians are nervous because EMP strikes can be of the nuclear variety, detonated in the troposphere high above the country. There would still be some fallout.

I would be worried too if I was Russia. The U.S. works for banking interests and those who economically control the world's production. Russia having paid off all their debt and kicked the central bank out of Russia is being prudent. War would put them back into debt. The U.S. absolutely cannot be trusted as it sits right now.
