The Newtown/Sandy Hook lawsuit dismissed against Remington because of the Lawful Commerce in Firearms Act. Good news. Remington had no culpability in this crime. I'm sure Hillary and Obama are unhappy.

The trouble is, is that it's a temporary win at best. Within a year of her getting elected, she will get her SCOTUS judge and then the enemy will have the majority and then cases will be brought that will strip us of ALL the inherent God given rights we have, starting with the 2A.
Maybe the French had the right idea with the guillotine. We need one on the DC mall.

One of the reasons, The French aristocracy broke their treasury , was by supporting the Colonial Americans during the American Revolution. That lead to high taxation, which then lead to the French Revolution.

Funny, but not surprising...if your loved one died at Sandy Hook you can sue Remington, but if your loved one died on 9/11 we really don't want you to sue Saudi Arabia.
