Clinton Campaign May Challenge Election Results in Swing States
Constitutional crisis? Yep. As Limbaugh says, with libs everything is a Constitutional crisis because the Constitution stands in their way. It is their roadblock....thank God!
If you recall, Obama tried to appoint a guy to the NLRB a few years ago during a holiday recess. In the end, SCOTUS smacked him down and the vote against him was unanimous.
McConnell is the reason the Garland nomination went nowhere. He's not about to change his mind at this point.
Why do they think that? It's because The Witch From Hell did worse in three swing states where machines were used than they did in areas of those states where paper ballots were used.
PROBLEM!
Paper ballots were mostly used in big urban areas and machines were generally used in rural areas.
HEY, MORONS!! Rural people are far more likely to hate Clinton's guts than are those in urban areas. That's why she didn't do as well when machines were used.
Jeeesh!
The college professor who raised this theory now says he does not think a recount will produce a different result.
Seriously!
As far as the crier in chief making a recess appointment for a Supreme Court justice, Article II, Section 2, paragraphs 2 and 3 sum it up. The Senate has an active role no matter what.
Professionally if I were her I think she should she's up by more than 2 million in pop vote. Personally if I were her I would let it go since it would do more harm than good.
No matter the side you are on this election taught us one thing - this is what happens when the people who should be running don't. Two terrible choices that make you feel like you are kissing your sister before you go to bed.
The Rock
The Rock
That's why it's there. To hell with the popular vote. If that's the case, then someone like Katy Perry would be elected.
Winning the popular vote and not the electoral college is the runner up or participation trophy...

Guest post by Tom Franklin at American Lookout:
hillary-jillstein Jill Stein’s recount is slipping into the bizarre.
It’s Liberals’ last chance to overthrow Trump’s historic win. So all the crazies are joining forces.
One problem: The crazy Liberals don’t seem to like each other.
The Gateway Pundit reported that Hillary people are joining the recount:
Hillary Camp to Join Jill Stein in Recount Efforts—
Hillary Clinton’s lawyer for her presidential campaign published a statement Saturday morning to Medium that the Clinton campaign will be joining the efforts by Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein in seeking to overturn the election of Donald Trump as president by seeking recounts in key battleground states.
Marc E. Elias wrote that the Clinton campaign had been intensively investigating the election results for evidence that could be used to deny Trump the presidency without success and had not planned on seeking recounts.
However, with Stein taking the lead in seeking recounts, Elias stated Clinton will join the recount effort in Wisconsin since Stein officially filed for the recount on Friday.
Except Jill Stein doesn’t want Hillary’s help.
Stein took to Twitter and put out these tweets:
Why would Hillary Clinton—who conceded the election to Donald Trump—want #Recount2016? You cannot be on-again, off-again about democracy.
— Dr. Jill Stein (@DrJillStein) November 26, 2016
Why would Hillary Clinton—who holds "public" and "private" positions—want to engage in something as transparent as #Recount2016?

Ouch! No love lost between Jill Stein and Hillary!
And just for good measure, Jill Stein threw out some Communist language. Just so everyone would remember she’s still a Communist, maybe?
Election integrity cannot be led by a party w/o integrity, just as a revolution cannot happen in a counterrevolutionary party. #Recount2016

Yikes!
