Expecting ANY career politician to be able to effectively manage anything is a fool's dream.
Brown is just another carbon copy of the same political dumbsh*ts that have ruined Illinois, Detroit, and many other once thriving areas. This crap will NOT end until the American people have woken up and sent these clueless leeches back to where they belong.
