On January 20, 2017, the US debt was $19.947 billion. On February 21, 2017, the US debt was $19,935 billion.

People pay more taxes early in the year than they do the rest of the year. So by itself, it means nothing unless it's a result of lower spending. But even then, no POTUS could have any effect on spending that occurred in just his first month.

Pointless thread. A 0.06% debt reduction means nothing, even if the numbers are exactly accurate. The debt likely fluctuates more than that on a regular basis.
