REPORT : 5.7 Million Illegals Voted

Anyone who believes illegal aliens did not vote in the 2016 election is delusional.

Hillary Clinton’s so-called popular vote “win” came solely from California, a state that allows illegals to get their drivers license at the same place Americans are registered to vote.

President Trump, along with all sane Americans, has long said illegals are mass voting in the U.S. and this new report, which looks at 2008 voting, supports his claims.

From Town Hall

A research group in New Jersey has taken a fresh look at postelection polling data and concluded that the number of noncitizens voting illegally in U.S. elections is likely far greater than previous estimates.

As many as 5.7 million noncitizens may have voted in the 2008 election, which put Barack Obama in the White House.

The research organization Just Facts, a widely cited, independent think tank led by self-described conservatives and libertarians, revealed its number-crunching in a report on national immigration.

On the other side are the professors who conducted the study and contended that “zero” noncitizens of about 18 million adults in the U.S. voted. (continued at link)

Well yeah........why would they want the TRUTH to come out???

But it won't do them much good anyway, as they have illegals voting and they STILL could not only not beat Trump, they haven't been able to win any of the special elections either.

Their next step will be to hack the machines and cancel any Republican votes, or just get rid of elections period. We don't really need them. Democrats should just be automatically put into office as they know what's best for us anyway. Just ask them!

So you want the fed govt to know your voting history? Good for those states that refuse to comply w federal overreach. Oh wait, isn't that supposed to be your philosophy?

The federal panel on sent letters to all 50 states asking for voters' names, birthdays, the last four digits of their Social Security numbers and their voting history dating back to 2006. By the way, the whole concept of this commission is absurd. The Constitution itself delegates management of the voting process to the States. Law? Here's the law

"The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of choosing Senators.

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States shall be appointed elector"

If all they are asking for is publicly available information, why not just get it that way?

HA/KS, that is the question I have also. I agree with Trump, "What do they have to hide."

From: HA/KS

Shuteye, according to the article, all of the information they are seeking is public, so why do they even need cooperation from the states to access it? I think it is important to look into voter fraud, but this seems like a straw argument to me if they are only seeking information that is already public.

As I have often stated, as long as there "motor voter" and mail-in registration, early and absentee voting, there is no way to keep massive fraud out of the process.

Jackasses like freeglee and Resist seem to believe that simply knowing IF you voted, even while not knowing who you are, is somehow the same as knowing who you are and WHOM YOU VOTED FOR!

Hilarious that you're so willing to freely give your info to the Feds even as red states like Mississippi, Arkansas, Kansas, and several others are telling trumps commission NO. So how do you call this a leftist thing? No one has addressed the fact that elections are run by the states. Therefore states have the prerogative to provide info.

Always laugh at the hypocrisy and irony of the left talking about "disenfranchised" voters by making rules where the legitimacy of the voter more easily verifiable. When any illegitimate, be it fraud or illegal votes, takes away someone else's vote, who has done everything right and legal and has every right to expect his vote will count, not be cancelled by someone knowingly being dishonest and criminal. They have no remorse for that person, literally robbed of his vote by no fault of his own. An innocent victim.

And then you have people like Obama and many others on the left who openly encourage illegal voting telling non-citizens will not be prosecuted for their criminal actions in voting. But while wizzing down your back and telling you it must be raining.... naw, no illegal voting going on here, never happens.... move along....

WRT states rights, it's laughable a liberal/leftist should even bring that up. Every time a state tries to tighten up their voting process the liberal groups file FEDERAL suits in an attempt to invalidate them. Again.... the hypocrisy is astounding.....

Who someone voted for is not public information. And if it is public information, by law, they are required to provide it. This is not complicated.

Everyone who qualifies ,as an American , should be assured the right to vote ... once. But conditions are not a constitutional crisis, How to do that ? fingerprint and or number system, photo id ... All sorts of good ideas . The federal elections should be able to have their own rule and the State can have theirs . Don't like the rules then don't vote or don't be counted .

Voting is arguably more powerful than owning a firearm. Both are rights. Maybe they should be subjected to the same eligibility requirements. Either pay for a background check for every vote cast or eliminate the need for one every time a gun is purchased.
