Maybe it's true that, "We are not alone." ;^)

This picture was on one of our backyard trail cameras the other day.

Spider web, maybe? They are all over yards in central alabama right now.

I'ts not a spider web!

I can only think the sun and the clouds were in exactly the right position to cause this. The camera is programed to recycle and shoot another photo every ten-seconds if movement is detected, yet we only got one photo like this.

Besides the obvious, there looks to be a black rock or something in the yard at about the 8:00 position which I've circled.

Only there is no rock nor anything else there!

If you don't have your camera pointed North or South you will get some strange pictures. I had some weird pictures when a snow storm was stopping and the sun started peeking through. I had the Camera pointed West and knew better but it was the only place I could put it. My pictures weren't as spectacular as yours but similar.

I bet it's residual light shining down from the planet that will slam into earth next week and anhialate us all! It's "THE SIGN"!!! Kyle is obviously the chosen one!

That's what I'm thinking as well, Pete. We have tons of rabbits here so that's probably what tripped the sensor in the camera.

What is causing the prism effect on the left ? Must have clear volume and sun light (white light ) for that . Droplet of moisture.

No real mystery here, but there was a double sundog this evening that was actually a complete ring around the sun. I have always loved sundogs, and rarely get to see them as a ring. phone photo, so not too impressive. Still interesting.

We have spent hours in camp arguing and speculating about what some of our trail cam pics are pictures of exactly...

These were taken yesterday.

One thing's obvious to me in looking at the details is that the temperature shown in those pictures is waaaaaay off! The high here yesterday was 62, not 96 as the trail cam data claims.

Well of course the temperatures are off. That is to be expected when bombarded by light beams from outer space!

Pretty strange pics...8^)
