While bow hunting Pasco County Florida WMA - How far must I be from paved road to be legal?

All you have to do is google Florida hunting seasons and laws and all the answers will be right there. If you have a hunting license, the book that comes with the license will tell you.

In Florida, I believe there’s no minimum distance from a public road. But the regs read you can’t shoot from one, across, or into a public road.

Maybe try the Florida state forum on bowsite.
I have no idea about Florida law however most states that I hunt say you need to be past the right away. Each state has a set distance for right away.

Based on Joey's post it sounds like you can just put your lawn chair at any nice intersection....just make sure you are aiming away from the road.
