For the past several years, Carrie and Jason (Jackson Hole Wildlife Safaris) have been leading photographing tours to Churchill, Manitoba to see polar bears and other wildlife.

The bears from their photographs appear fat and healthy and young cubs are seen with their mothers...an indication of a healthy population.
