I would call it more than a basic American right!! Private property rights are the the Base of the American economic system and are responsible for the great prosperity of this Country. It is interesting how fast people become corrupt when they are spending other people's money.

1. Shop for an Obama appointee judge to issue a stay of the tax cut (possible>)...

2. Raise NY taxes so that no resident sees any tax cut.

If an obama appointee puts a stay on a tax cut law - there will be hell to pay because now that knothead judge in a black dress would be directly affecting the wellbeing of hundreds of millions...
