I've often said that the proregressive left, #nevertrumpers, and deep state activists keep attacking Trump, but they always seem to fail. I have felt that they have a self inflicted sense of intellectual superiority and move their pieces on a chessboard.

They fool themselves because Trump comes from a different makeup and is not playing their game...he's playing checkers and jumping them carefully placed pieces on the game board.

Again...Trump takes a whole bunch of embedded deep state activists "off the board":

With Trump Now A Candidate, Further Restrictions On Political Activities Apply To Federal Employees

Via Standard Examiner:

Federal employees, it’s time to start leaving those MAGA hats at home. Same goes for Resist hats. Tweeting over your lunch break in the building cafeteria? Watch your hashtag or you may end up in the hash.

The Office of Special Counsel, a federal agency that enforces the Hatch Act limits on allowable political activities by federal employees, said Monday that additional restrictions now apply because President Donald Trump is officially running for re-election in 2020.

For Hatch Act purposes, that occurred last week with the appointment of Brad Parscale, a digital marketing strategist who worked on the 2016 Trump campaign, to manage the president’s re-election bid. The OSC had said earlier that Trump’s filing of campaign paperwork a year ago with the Federal Election Commission had not met that threshold.

Federal employees are barred at all times from using their official authority to influence the outcome of an election and from involvement in fundraising in support of a political party, candidate in a partisan race or partisan political group.

Certain additional restrictions apply to most employees only when they are on duty and/or in a federal workplace: They may not engage in political activity directed at the success or failure of such a party, candidate or group.

“This prohibition is broad and encompasses more than displays or communications (including in person and via email or social media) that expressly advocate for or against President Trump’s reelection,” says the new guidance.

“For example, while on duty or in the workplace, employees may not: Wear, display, or distribute items with the slogan ‘Make America Great Again’ or any other materials from President Trump’s 2016 or 2020 campaigns; use hashtags such as #MAGA or #ResistTrump in social media posts or other forums; or display non- official pictures of President Trump,” it says.

Penalties for violating the Hatch Act range up to firing.

The OSC recently issued separate guidance on the Hatch Act implications of using social media.

It said, for example, that employees on duty or otherwise in the workplace “may not post, like, share, or retweet a message or comment in support of or opposition to a political party, candidate in a partisan race, or partisan political group” and further may not like, follow or friend the social media account of such a party, candidate or group.

Those policies also apply even if using an alias on social media, it added.

All of those Obama era embeds working for the federal government under the Trump administration can easily loose their cushy government positions if caught doing what they have done in the past...

Is it Chess when the president cheats on his wives? Just after she gives birth? With a porn star? And then pays her off with hush money while using an alias? Oh and I’m sure it’s checkmate when the dummy doesn’t even sign the NDA because he’s just so smart!

Your hero is a zero.

GOP has ceded the moral ground which it used to cling to. They cannot come after anyone from now on. Not after trump.

""Is it Chess when the president cheats on his wives?""

I know of one who got impeached for cheating on his wife while in office.

I know who and what you are referring to sleep, but Clinton did not get impeached for cheating on his wife. He was impeached for perjury and obstruction of justice. If lying were an impeachable offense, the Obama wouldn't have made it through his first year in office, and they'rd be only a handful of people left in the legislative branch!

I should have included lying under oath. Correction noted. I remembered the "I did not have sex with that woman" statement. That lie was a very tall tale.

Cheating? Get back to me when you find a 18 year old Virgin today in this country. The older set does not want to believe it but sex in America is accepted because sex sells, and, casual sex is rampant among teenagers at a very early age.

Not my daughter! Yeah I know. My parents knew everything I did to.

Cheating? That is a 50's throwback that these kids today piss themselves laughing about. Marriage and monogamy are on a one way ticket to the resurrection.

Cheating Scandal. Comical.
