Heck, I saw the released video of he and another guy running to the door of the building the shots were coming from. The other guy ran inside and the deputy stopped and stayed outside. He had time to save some people since the killer was shooting people on the first floor and then ran up to the third floor and killed more kids. The deputy was afraid to go in, it is as simple as that.

Plenty of police cars there 15 minutes after shots... tax dollars at work. I mean no disrespect to any officers, just seems in most cases they are highly paid crime tape installers and traffic guidance. Again no disrespect, but they can't be there unless they knew this was going down... which flags should have been seen in first place.

Yes, but brave people were there as well and did the best they could with what they had. If one or more had been armed, maybe a few lives could have been saved.

We actually had an active shooter training today for school staff. The trainer flat out said the deputies were a disgrace.
