Flynns conviction WILL be overturned and he shall return. I sent the Good General $50 bucks the other day when I read that he had to sell his house over this. Was furious. Mad dog

Flynn pled guilty. A judge will not let you plead guilty until you tell him or her EXACTLY what you did. “I plead guilty your honor, to blah blah blah on this day and this time. In addition, I did this and that...”. If he resends that guilty plea he’s essentially now guilty of perjury for lying to the judge.

"A judge will not let you plead guilty until you tell him or her EXACTLY what you did." The same judge that was all warm and fuzzy with Strozk? Only recused himself after he accepted Flynns Guilty plea? It remains to be seen whether he actually recused himself or was removed. The same judge that was also a fisa judge? That one?

Not unheard of to withdraw a plea, but gets really tough after sentencing.

People plead guilty without telling anyone what they did. "Is there a factual basis?" "Your honor, we waive a factual basis." Or you can stipulate to a factual basis.

But what do I know? I'm doing some criminal defense again, and liking it.

Ooph, that's heavy (if accurate). A good read to balance it out is Dark Money. Tough read if you are hard right, but worth flipping through at least if you are at a book store.

Daily Mail UK reports:

A key witness in the investigation into President Donald Trump‘s alleged collusion with Russia has fled the country, DailyMail.com can disclose. […]

He met Jared Kushner and Steve Bannon in Trump Tower just before the inauguration at a meeting they held with the de facto ruler of the United Arab Emirates. […]

Now DailyMail.com can reveal he has flown back to the UAE, according to two sources close to the country’s de-facto ruler Mohammed bin Zayed, who is known by his initials ‘MBZ. […]

A Czech Republic court sentenced him to a year in prison in 2003 for ten cases of sexually abusing minors between 1999 and 2002.

In one case, Nader asked for oral sex from a 14-year-old boy in a hotel room at the Hilton in Prague.

When the boy refused, Nader masturbated in front of him and paid him 2,000 koruna, equivalent to around $100 today, a court official told the Associated Press.

Politico then revealed he was convicted in 1986 in a federal court in Northern Virginia in 1991 on a felony charge of transporting sexually explicit materials in foreign commerce – importing child pornography from overseas.

He also had a 1986 charge of importing from magazines depicting nude boys from the Netherlands dismissed on a technicality.
