I really like those Ridgelines. Honda makes great vehicles. Congrats!

We bought a new 2012 CRV AWD. Good vehicle but a little tight on the pax side if you're taller. Not much left knee room for me. I was looking at the reviews on the 2017 and 2018 Nissan Titan's last night. They were average for the most part. The biggest knock was the infotainment system is outdated and the engine struggles with a load going thru the mountains at altitude.

Why does a pickup need 4 doors? Get rid of two of them and give me a useful sized bed! Couldn't even find a new truck with two doors and a full sized box at the Dodge dealer last week! Luckily we still have 3 in good running condition. A 78 a 98 and a 2004. I don't see a new one in our future!

Enjoy the Ridgeline - buddy bought one to replace his Sprinter van last fall, and has loved it - including a trip from MA to AZ where he spends the winter. He's really enjoyed it thus far. Hope it works great for you.
We have loved our 2011 Pilot. 2-4 trips a year to visit family in MN and FL from MA and it's been great. Honda does make a good rig for sure.

I like Honda but I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado that has hauled a 38 foot Newmar fifth wheel all over the place and pulled lots of vehicles out of the ditches. I am getting ready to fire it up and go fishing. Good luck with your new vehicle. BTW I had a Honda motor scooter that was nearly indestructible.

SB, a crew cab (or extended) is a must for me. Maybe when I am an empty nester, I can scale back to a standard... but, then, hopefully, there will be grandkids. Nevermind.:)
Good luck with the new ride Kevin. I have an '02 Silverado that's just hitting her stride so, hopefully, you will have plenty of time behind the wheel to recommend the Ridgeline as my next hunting truck. lol

If it were 1985 and I could just throw my kid next to me on the bench seat (or in the bed for that matter), I might agree with SB... but it is 2018. You get in serious trouble for those type of things now. Looks like a self-driver!

Back in the 70's-80's, construction and other companys used 4 Dr. "Crew cabs"...they STILL had an 8' bed! Lots of luck getting a full sized deer in the "bed" of that thing...let alone garden equipment or plywood! I have nothing against Honda's...I worked for them for over 35 yrs. And still own plenty of thier products. Just not cars. Though I used to own a 1976 Civic that got 50 mpg!

Nice grocery getter, KPC. Some day you'll have a real truck.
