"can't get elected dogcatcher"..... Was listening the radio, NPR I think, and there really is an elected dogcatcher, only one in the country they said. Vermont I think? Annual election.... has been re-elected for 20 straight years or something.....
Picking up dead dogs (among other things) was part of his job.... not sure about the samich.....
