Of course not. Hannity is a shill for trump and now we know why. They both share a crooked lawyer. Even better is trump losing his plea to get some of the evidence removed during the raid. There must be some scandalous stuff in that office if he’s that concerned. And firing Mueller or Rosenstein will do nothing to stop NYC’s investigation of Cohen/trump. Looks like justice and the rule of law prevails.

If a lawyer talks about client A's issues with client B, and client B's issues with client A, there is no privilege to those conversations, because there is no privilege between A and B.
In other words, lawyers don't communicate about their other clients to clients.

Cohen said Hannity is a client. Hannity said he just asked him questions and is not a client. So which is it? The fact that Hannity has been railing against the FBI's investigation of Michael Cohen without disclosing that Michael Cohen IS HIS LAWYER is wildly unethical, and indefensible.
On a real news network, Hannity would be fired for giving endless commentary defending Michael Cohen while secretly being a client of his.
Lucky he doesn’t work for a real news network.

BTW, Hannity has a team of lawyers and had them primed to sue Fox News when it was felt he would be fired for taking Trump's side. Since then his ratings have gone to number one on cable news and they like him now.

Hannity is a soft news, opinion guy. He is not a hard news reporter and he will state as such too. If he never retained, put under contract, come to terms, paid, compensated, etc, etc, this Cohen fella, is Hannity actually a client? I've asked lawyers legal questions before but was never their client, retained them or paid them. My questions were like "what do you think?" and "what do you cost?" I don't know....does asking questions establish a client / lawyer business relationship? Perry Mason might say until we come to terms and I accept you as my client, you aren't my client.

A fellow coach is a lawyer who decided to teach and coach instead. We ask him advice at meets. Much ado about nothing. What is a big deal is the rise in home-schooling and alternative education as parents lose faith in public school indoctrination. Forty three students were pulled out of the school system I coach in this year to be home-schooled. Over 20 were pulled out to attend Christian schools. They still can play sports because their parents pay taxes. These are all working-class families. In our village, we have a small K-8 school with 14 students. Unlike the democratic town I coach in, 35 miles away, our village is very conservative, especially with the logging industry being destroyed by a fed landgrab.

Hannity is working as a propagandist in order to further trumps agenda. That’s not journalism. He interviewed Cohen without sharing that Cohen represented him. Dershowitz even told him that he was being dishonest. If you’re going to spout off on dishonesty and unethical behavior, And if it’s no big deal as some have said, then why hide it? Why couldn’t Hannity say “as I defend Cohen and Trump, I should note that both trump and I share Cohen as an attorney”.
Cohen is a guy that cleans up dirty secrets (stormy and a few other women associated w trump and the RNC). What dirty deed did he fix for Hannity?

So to be clear: Hannity reminds us that Cohen wasn’t his lawyer,but he expects attorney/client privilege. Oh and he has nothing to hide at all! But he specifically told Cohen not to reveal their association. Also, Hannity defended Cohen before and especially after the raid. And that’s why Clinton shouldn’t be president. Oh and Emails. Always the emails.

If a private citizen wants to ask a lawyer some questions about wife/girlfriend issues....I'm not seeing a crime.....domestic issues, ya.....crime, nope. If a Prez candidate has wife/girlfriend issues....he/she would be better off coming clean and clearing out the closet early on and put it behind them. Kennedy(s), Willy and Trump should have done that. Probably other Prez's who had mistresses and human pin cushions should have done that.

There’s a few problems w trumps request.
1). One would think the POTUS has a few things to do other than review thousands of random papers
2). This is not something an innocent person does.
3). Remember when the anti-hillary crowd complained that a president under investigation would be terrible for the nation?
4). Does he really think the FBI will let him review evidence?
Btw Cohen will plead the 5th in his hearing.
Which is Something that you do, because on the advice of counsel or based on what you know about what you've done, you don't want to confess to a crime.
