I was hoping you guys could send some prayers to a fellow bow hunter. My very close cousin and hunting partner was diagnosed with colon cancer about 2 years ago. They caught it in time and were able to remove the cancer. He ended up we some very bad infection from the surgeries. He battled though it and became healthy again. Long story short he is back in the hospital fighting off some serious infections again. With further test they also discovered what could possibly be cancer in his liver. So I was just hoping that we could send him some prayers and good thoughts to help him get through this.
Those infections can be very life threatening! Damn the luck.

Got some bad news Friday before leaving to elk camp. Cousin got the test results back and the cancer has spread to his Liver. Doctors told him at this hospital that the type of cancer that is in his liver is incurable and all they can do is start him on chemo to try and slow it down. He is going to some bigger cancer centers to get some 2nd opinions this week. Hopefully they have some better option for him.
Praying, Try Turmeric Powder might help, check it out.
Praying that he will fully recover. God is the master of miracles.
Ohio prayers sent. So sorry to hear this.
May GOD see him thru this difficult time. Heavenly Father please forgive our sins and guide us to find our way to You. Amen.
God decides when we leave. Not doctors.
When I was going through chemo there was a nurse that looked after me. I got to know her pretty well. One day she was taking blood and being herself while I was feeling lousy and started feeling sorry for myself. She kept trying to pep me up but, I was having none of it. She left and when she came back 30 minutes later, I had pondered my actions and apologized to her for being such a downer.
She looked me dead in the eyes and set me straight when she told me about her experiences with cancer. She had been diagnosed 12 yeas earlier with stage 4 melanoma. Given three weeks to three months to live. Offered the same type treatments as your friend. Told to get her affairs together. Instead, she put it in the hands of Jesus, followed biblical procedures for prayer and healing, and is now living 100% cancer free. That's how God's will works. Believe it. I'm living proof too.
I meant not to derail the thread but, this is important. Tell your fiend to seek other opinions and pray about his choices. God will reveal what the plan is concerning this. Tell him to keep the faith and stay the course. He must trust in the Lord. So, buckle up and hold on. He isn't driving but, he must stay on the wagon to get to the finish line. God Bless man
@WV Mountaineer: Thank you for your words. I could not have said it better. We never were, we are not, and will never be in control despite our delusions. A strict prayer regimen along with a deep and sincere faith in Jesus is the real cure. Amen and GOD bless.
