Have emailed google earth pro views to a person and they can't open the file? Do they need to have Google Earth Pro on their system???

They would likely have to have some version of GE. Take a screen shot or snip and put it in a word document or PDF.

Per hardcore, if someone doesn't have GE utilize the "snip tool". I use it all of the time when I want to grab a screen shot or strip embedded data.
