My 73 year old sweetheart has a 7 year old Hoyt that shoots fine but I would love to get her a little more speed. She shoots 38# at 25 1/2" with 500 spine Easton ST Epics and 100 grain BH...She has harvested 4 bucks and a wild hog..but her arrows are pretty slow..what is out there now that would push a hunting arrow a little faster?? NO, she cannot handle more than 38#.

Take a look at the Quest STORM. It's fast, flat shooting and affordable.

Me too! Was going to reply that I have a couple bows to trade if she can cook and has a boat.

The boat would be a huge plus !

Ok, back to the real question. Keep an eye out for a 2012 or 13 PSE Xforce Stiletto with Mini Evo cams. I have set up two for women and they are great fast shooters. My adult daughter shoots a Strother's Hope. It is just a great bow and fast at shorter draw lengths. Moxie archery now has that former Strother's line and parts. I have not been that impressed with the latest women's bows to hit the market. Unless you jump up to the the Eva Shockey Bowtech bow.
