As long as your device has a USB connection then yes it will power/charge your accessories. Not sure if it will get your wife's sister off and I'm not going to comment on your son or daughter.

Maybe you could mount that new Garmin, range finding sight, to it and set it on auto mode and as you glide along it will automatically discharge the air-bow bolt with the new guidance system so the rage will double lung any elk within 150 yards.
Then just attach a chain to the front legs, set your ebike on 2 wheel drive, set back and off the mountain you go, easy-peasy.
