Relocate?

I am wanting to relocate to a State that has good bow hunting and fly fishing.I am a horseshoer by trade so I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on where I have they potential of building clientele and making a living. Thanks Steve

I live in Cheyenne and there are a lot of horse folks here. Also your a short drive from Colorado and Nebraska.
Bowhunting is pretty good through out the state. You can hunt deer and elk every year as a resident.
I'm sure you could build a pretty good clientele.

Thanks Bowboy! How far is Cheyenne from the mountains? I have driven through a couple of times on my way to Alaska but that's been 15 yrs ago.

Not sure about the Cheyenne area, but getting a client base is going to take some time. I've got a good farrier now, it would take knowing someone a long time to replace him.
Not trying to be down, but if you've been in the business you know what I mean.
You can also be in the mountains with a few hours.

Montana No sales taxes 6 week bow season plus another 6 week gun season that you can hunt with your bow in. Bozeman is were its at in Montana. Lots of people with money moving in Mtns are about 5 miles out of town
