For those if you fortunate enough to be able to enjoy the 2014 elk hunt, have a fun, enjoyable hunt. There are many of us who will have to share your camp in spirit.

to you as well, my friend, I am not fortunate enough to be elk hunting, but wish ALL of you (even TBM;-) well in field, forest, and water

Thanks Strut. There are definitely advantages to living in an "elk" state!

3 weeks to go! Thanks for the good thoughts....it's going to be a tough hunt for me in a new area but I am bound and determined to bring home a Wyo bull. First rag horn I get a crack at gets it!

I'm super-stoked...and I'm thousands of miles the other side of the Atlantic!!

Good luck and good hunting

Highlite if the Bowsite year for me is looking at all the big bulls killed day after day. I hate I want be able to look at it everyday but it will be because I will be a part of the chase. The sadness when it's over is almost depressing. That motivated me to want some of it.

Heading out from Ohio on the 27th. Good luck to all who are going.

For the people who aren't getting to chase elk this year, life is short, make it happen next year:)
