I changed from a wrist to a thumb two years ago and like it. If you were having problems with one type I think the change is what helps, either way. Who knows I might be using a wrist again one day! Good luck!

Yea I went from a wrist to a thumb and then back to a wrist release.
I'm shooting the Hamskea DropTine release and I really like it.

after using very thumb release under the sun for 3 years I switched back to a wrist release. worry about loosing it, dropping it from a tree stand, not comfortable leaving it hanging on a loop...ect ect.
I am back to my Rhino xt and Rx 1..they are both mindless for me and tht is the most import thing for me during hunting.... and I don't see decrease in accuracy vs my hand held .

i just ordered a scott little goose, I never really saw any change from one to the other besides learning how to use proper back tension. I also did a simulated test this morning for those quick shots in the field and the wrist release didn't go off as much as the thumb did the thumb was 3-4 inch off
