OK--mid-summer and everyone is getting anxious for the upcoming fall hunts, I know I am!
For those who have an interest in joining the club--Ill pay a (1) yr membership for the first (5) members that call PY headquarters (507-867-4144) and mention my name, Scott.
No strings attached...no personal gain for me either...
The Ethic magazine alone is worth the membership.
Please, new members only and would love to see a few fence-sitters take advantage of this and check out the club--I think you'll be impressed.

i asked P&Y what their membership was a couyple months ago and they said "about 6,500". let try to get that to 7,000 with a strong Bowsite push.
with 3,000,000 licensed bowhunters in the US alone, 6500 members means 99.8% of bowhunters in the US don't belong. Actually, if you figure that the 6,500 in P&Y includes all countries, and the 3M is just US hunters the US number is actually greater than 99.8% are non members.

I called the office today and got one of the memberships,thank you so much for your generous offer I have been going to look into joining for some time now so now is done. Here the next convention is in St. Louis, Iam already planning on making that.

Hey Scott, I am a 25 yr old bowhunter from Montana. I've always thought about joining the pope and young club and this thread is exactly the motivation I needed to make it happen! Thank you so much for this opportunity I am very grateful. Someday I will do just as you have done for me and try to pass it on. Thanks again!

I made the call, thanks for the offer.
With my boys starting to hunt and the way politics and culture is going, I realized I need to do my part to help preserve the bowhunting traditions for future generations.
wilderness u did your part by with showing the boys the outdoors passing it on will help the future generations .
Thanks to the (5) who responded to the offer. I hope you enjoy the club and everything it has to offer.
I want to encourage you also to get involved in some way, shape, or form...you'll find it rewarding and you'll be helping promote archery, bow hunting, and conservation.
