Hello, I am going on a hunt soon and I have a question about the size of this bull. Does anyone think this will score around 350? I know it's not the best pic but it's the best one I have. He is a 6x6 and has pretty good mass and wide spread. Also wanted to know opinions on the crooked brow tine? His left brow tine points forward across his head instead of up. Is this something most hunters find desirable due to the irregularity or would most hunters pass it up? Any thoughts are appreciated. Thank your

There's no way this bull is 320.
Look at the length and mass in the fronts and the length of his 3rds and 5ths. You can't see all of his 4ths, which makes it difficult, but the G1s, G3s, and G5s tell the story of what's going on with his G4s.
EDIT: I made the mistake of entering a net score. Gross I'd guess around 300.

The 290"-310" guesses are pretty close - no where near 350".

330 gross, I think a lot of points are "Cut off" by brush and a lot longer then what you think.
No way that bull is not well over 300

I doubt many bowhunters would pass up a bull because of the angle of one tine. In the wild, it's just too hard to get within bow range of such an impressive animal to be that picky.
Are you going to be hunting that specific animal?
If so, what state?

Here is a bull I killed with a funky point. don't make any difference with the way it goes as long its as long as the other. And you did read it was gross and not net score. And no one will ever know if there gess is wrong or right if the bull is walking around. But it is fun to gess. I have a few bulls to look at every day. So that's my gess and I'm sticking with it. This is a 313 gross 309 net bull scored and entered in P&Y

Easily over 300, but I don't think 350. I've got a 280 Euro mount on the wall and this guy is definitely bigger than that.
No way I'd pass him up, I like the unique brow tine.

In most instances, I would try to shoot that bull.
Looks like a Texas background - live oaks and mesquite. If so - not a P&Y.

I'm guessing you have never hunted elk before. If that is the case then the words "trophy elk" definitely apply to this bull.
Nobody would pass the bull because of the downward brow tine. But... yes it is not the beautiful upward sweeping kind that we prefer. You kill this bull and then you say well... maybe next year they will all be perfectly normal.

Yep. At a glance I might have said 320 but looking closer he just doesn't quite have what it takes to make that.
You have to picture him without some tines blocked and with no velvet. if he was that big hard horned it would be a different story. Then 320+ for sure.
