I am a site sponsor! I rent it from two older Lady's the first week of bow....super great people....she booked it one week and I have to get details on what they got.....give me the weeks you guys need it.....its on 40 acres ....but there is access to National forest ground on the Quaker Mountain also....great deer and Elk area!

I believe that those units have an archery restriction. You can only hunt with archery on private land. Please correct me if I'm wrong here. Also if anyone can explain why their would be an archery restriction in the first place. Too many hunters in the field?

Yes it is a draw area....I have no clue ...the mountain has tons of deer !! I have drawn every year but my friends have got shot down in the past! I have a uncle on Mountain and lots of firends there...each lot is 35-40 acres ... private land is available to hunt.

Yup 2 is fine! Gloria is near 70 and her mom is 92....the money comes in handy to them...its a great place just to rent with your family....its beautiful there!!

First week of bow gone.....2nd week Rifle has two guys but they are willing to share Cabin.....you can get 7-10 guys in there. Has spring fed water for indoor shitter and hot shower and dishes....propane fridge freezer and stove and water heater....propane lights... Better then being in a tent! Lots of guys hunt California Park....its real close to there...its 20 some miles up from Haydon CO.

I think the Lady's would work on a deal with you guys....the $500 a hunter is something that some guys from New York have paid her for years....but make a offer and ill talk to them!

The 2018 regs make no mention of a "private only" restriction for archery in 4, 441 ( & 5). It is a "draw only" (limited) block of those three units. Looks like a real nice place!
