Another bull that resembles a Roosevelt Elk....or is that what was transplanted?

I do believe that hillbilly could eat most of that elk in one sitting if the gravy was ample.

Jake, they were Rocky Mountain elk that were transplanted to KY.
I'd love to kill an elk with crowns one day. The gene is in there for them to do it.

Our Kansas bulls on Fort Riley often have extra points on top.
Last year we saw an 8X8 that couldn't have been more the 3 1/2-years-old.

I was listening to Randy Newberg interview the RMEF guys on his podcast. They said there are now 14,000 elk in Kentucky. I guess that's what can happen when there are no wolves, grizzly's, or mountain lions. The calf survival rate in Kentucky is over 90 percent.

Draw odds for a NR Bull tag @ roughly 600:1, is the main reason ;-)
