Probably our fault for not finding a way to get the general public well informed as to the many positives that hunting and trapping offer to wildlife, and to the positives that producers offer to pen raised livestock. We need to do a better job of this...easy to say, tought to do.

I could not watch all of this fricking garbage. Just knowing what hypocrites Pacelle and his organization are makes me gag. They are in the animal killing business, yet they pretend to be animal saviours so that they can continue to rake in money from little old ladies and vegan type libs. Disgusting as well as disheartening to think that so many people do not understand the role animals play in our world. When Pacelle said ( about the Trump brothers ), " Why don't they use their money to help the elephants ? ", I about choked. It shows their collective total ignorance about what conservation is about. TOTAL IGNORANCE by choice I would assume, because as we know, it ain't about the animals at all. It's about being PC and the money, mostly the money.

No ignorance here. They know exactly what theyre saying.
Just Like the idiots here in Fort Collins scrambling to "save" a few dozen prairie dogs from "extinction", building exact replicas of each burrow on the new place so they can put each family into a proper new home, when there are 27 million of the little rodents.

I do think the upper people in these organizations do know exactly what they're saying, but the people who are sending them the $$ (who they're preying on) do not, and until those individual get informed, they're going to keep contributing to something they don't know the whole story about because it feels good.

Thanks shortstop, that's the ignorance I was referring to first. The ignorance by choice was referring to HSUS. I tend to get tongue-tied and brain-twisted when my hackles rise, and they wuz ris-up watching those two horse turds.

Pacelle will be in Dallas at Barnes and Noble on NW Highway promoting his book on May 6th at 7:00. I plan to show up and hand out some info from humanewatch.org. Anyone in the DFW area want to help? If you don't live in the area, he may be coming to your town.
