Why not... There's meatpoles so let's have a Fish'pole... Already seen some giant fish so far so let's add them to this.
After a turkey kill Sunday I got on the water and put a few in the boat. Some "golden salmon" ;-) and a buffulo fish.

Question, what are you guys doing with that many carp, do you smoke them or are they garden fertilizer?

We usually dump them out back for the varmints and vultures, they make good fertilizer but a bunch of scales and bones doesn't go over good in the garden. I did try pickling some last year, wasn't to bad but not worth the hassle IMO.

My son and I were out yesterday at Pymatuning. Lots of shooting. We put about 20 carp in the boat.
Also did some trolling and put a 6.5 pound walleye in the cooler!!

Nice! Buddy and I were up at Pymatuning again yesterday. We shot about 14 carp. Biggest was about 8 pounds. Time to clean my boat since it is covered in blood. That's a good thing!!

Yes, we eat the sharks! The Leopard shark is delicious. This will be the first time eating the Shovelnose, but heard it was also good. Going to BBQ tonight

Never seen anyone long-arm a fish that much. Look at that, gotta be a 15 pound fish! It's wider than your body!!
